Vendor Expo
Our vendor expo is a really fun place to be. This is a great casual atmosphere which is fantastic for interacting with spectators and athletes. It will be held in the park that is our finish line venue at West Riverfront Park in South Jordan. Please have your booth set up and vehicles removed from the area before 8AM when the race starts so as to reduce traffic in the park and keep our athletes safe. You will be responsible to clean up your area completely afterwards.
If you are planning on having food in your booth, you will need a county temporary food permit. This must be applied for by September 15, 2011 at the latest or there will be late fees.
If you are planning on selling items in your booth, we will need to have your sales tax id # on your agreement form.
Booth assignments and maps will be emailed to you by October 1, 2011.
Our committee reserves the right to remove any items or displays that are deemed offensive or are not in keeping with community values.
Included are the following:
10X10 Open Air Booth – You will need to provide all tables, tents, etc that you will need. At this point there is no electricity available. We are still working on that and will let you know if it becomes available.
Race Bags – You may place a promotional item supplied by your company place in all participant race bags. We are asking that these are tangible items such as a chapstick, water bottle etc. If you would like to hand out coupons or flyers please do that from your booth. We will need these items two weeks before race date in order to get them put into the bags.
Official SoJo Race Guide – You will receive 20% off list prices for advertisements in the Race Guide. This will be a great little piece that we expect athletes will hang on to for quite a while. We are anticipating a circulation of approximately 2000 of these. Prices are listed below.

Website – we will place your logo in jpg format with a link to your website on our website.
Discount race entry coupons – These are great to give to family, friends and customers.
Corporate Team – You may gain additional exposure by registering a corporate team for the marathon, half marathon or 5k. Increase your impact by providing each of your team members matching technical shirts with your logo on them. Complete details about the teams are on www.SoJoMarathon.com The cost of this option varies depending on which distance in which you choose to register your team.
